Deliver Back Blows
Position hands on the back slap pad and deliver back blows with correct force. Skip if your protocol doesn't include this step — the Blue Trainer suits abdominal-thrust-only programs.

Perform Abdominal Thrust
Apply thrusts between the navel and ribcage, just as in a real emergency. The internal air bladder activates when force and position are correct, simulating airway clearance.
